Indo Bistro

As someone who grew up eating homemade Indonesian food, I can say this restaurant is authentic and amazing! Its tasty, flavorful and well priced with good customer service. Indo Bistro is located at the beginning of a series of Asian cuisine, which includes Mongolian BBQ, ramen, and Thai. It is a great opportunity to try a variety of food while stopping in 1 place. However, Indonesian is much harder to find so I would definitely stop in to try it. Orders can be made with zero spice, which they actually honor, and you will receive nonspicy foods. Simultaneously you can get sambal and adjust the spice to a stronger degree. Every order can be made to either vegetarian or vegan with tofu or requesting no eggs. If you order anything, I suggest you try fried rice. The biggest bonus is their shelves of imported Indo groceries to cook or prep Indonesian at home. (For those who know little about Indonesian food, Thai food is an adaptation of Indonesian food. Since spices were bought in the Dutch East Indies, aka Indonesia, recipes were adopted too. The further from Indonesia, the more adapted the recipe becomes. But Indonesian people have worked with spices longer than most other cultures in history.)

The food was fantastic. We got Beef Ribs and Lamb Fried Rice. We also got a Soursop and Lychee drink. Super flavorful with a good amount of spice. The food came out quick and everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy to be here. Will be back soon!

Indo Bistro is the best Indonesian restaurant outside of Indonesia. Such flavorful and authentic delectable Indonesian dishes like classic beef rendang, nasi iga bakar (beef ribs) and nasi bungkus padang are a must! Food: the food is good, reminds me of my hometown Jakarta. And also you can shop Indonesia product. The restaurant is clean.

The best restaurant in the IE. Every dish I have tried has been amazing. My staple dish here is Gado-Gado with no egg. Other dishes I love is Nasi Gudeg, today I tried a Nasi bungkus veggie and it was divine. If you like spicy, the sambal is .

The sambal here is so fresh and good. The bungkus and the fish and the ayam kremes are easily my favorite things to eat here. I also haven’t seen any place that sells beng beng since college but they sell Silver Queen and Beng Beng here which felt super nostalgic.
